According to the legislation in force, the Buyer has the right to notify the Seller in writing that he/she cancels the purchase without penalty and without giving a reason, within 10 working days from the receipt of the package, bearing only the costs of returning the products. The products must be returned within a maximum of 14 days from the date of receipt of the package. The Customer is informed that, in the event that the returned products present damaged or incomplete packaging, signs of wear, scratches, bumps, missing accessories, we reserve the right to decide to accept the return or to withhold an amount from the value of the product, the amount that will be communicated after assessing the damages caused. In the event of exercising the legal right to return the product, the reimbursement of its value will be made within 10 working days from the return to the customer’s bank account.
