Sales Process
By placing an order, the Buyer accepts communication by e-mail, SMS, or telephone. An order is valid only after confirmation by the Seller regarding stock, price, and characteristics. Without express confirmation, these Terms together with fiscal documents (invoice, delivery note) form the contractual basis.
Member Registration
The Buyer must choose a username (e-mail) and password and is fully responsible for their confidentiality and use. Any unauthorized use must be reported to the Seller.
Contract Object and Price
The contract covers the sale of products or provision of services confirmed by the Seller. Prices include VAT. In case of display errors, the Seller will inform the Buyer of the correct price before confirming the order.
Payment
Payment may be made in cash upon delivery (in lei, directly to the delivery agent).

The contract is subject to Romanina law. Disputes shall first be settled amicably; if not possible, they will be resolved by the competent Romanian courts in Sibib.
